I am an atheist. I do not believe in God either. However, I do believe that religion is a necessary step in the development of Human civilization and culture, especially as it guides people by giving them a set of unifying moral values.
For example, if you tell a Bronze Age Barbarian that he shouldn't perform acts of cannibalism and human sacrifice because it's wrong, he'll just laugh in your face and tell you to stuff it. But if you tell him that he should stop doing those things because doing them will condemn his soul to an eternity of burning suffering in a very horrible place, then he'll start listening to you.
Most western culture is built around Christian values (thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not covet another man's wife, etc.), and thus they are largely incompatible with the values of cultures built around other religions (most notably Islam, which is specifically a religion that's designed for subjugation and conquest).
Hope that explains my viewpoint on the subject.
Yeah, that's fine. But my point in general is as follows.
If I was given a choice between living next door to a Christian and a Muslim, and both of them knew that I was an atheist, I'd choose the Christian every time.
Because whilst the Christian might try to lambast me, and annoy me with their attempts to convert me to their faith, it would ultimately just be that, an annoyance.
Meanwhile, the Muslim would just straight up try to decapitate me for being an infidel. No negotiation, no trying to make me "see the light", just default to murder.
And that's why I think Christianity is the much lesser of two evils.
What many people forget is that Kosovo's full title is "Kosovo and Metochion". What this means is that a "metochion" (or "metochi") is a piece of land that the East Orthodox Church gives away to other nations that serve as ecclesiastical embassies. The land that is now known as Kosovo was given by Byzantium to Serbia, so it quite literally belongs to Serbia by holy right.
Albanians have basically migrated into Kosovo en-masse and started proliferating (as Muslims households tend to do) to the point that they've become a significantly large voting population. They then started pushing for Kosovo independence *not* for the sake of Kosovo sovereignty, but so Albania can absorb it and make it its own.
In conclusion, yes, Kosovo is Serbian, and Albanians are invaders.
